We want every Equb group to have a clear and dependable experience.

In-app support

For account, group, contribution, or payout questions, open the Contact Us or support option inside the Mela Equb app. This gives the support team the context needed to help you safely.

Before contacting support

  • Keep the phone number or account details associated with your Mela Equb account available.
  • Include the name of the group and a short description of the issue.
  • Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment credentials in a support message.

Safety reminder

Mela Equb support will not ask you to share your password or one-time verification code. If a message asks for those details, do not respond through that channel.
